1. Digital Products & Access Passes

SEOFixi provides digital access passes that unlock PRO features (including unlimited deep site-wide crawling, all 80+ advanced technical SEO checks, full CSV and JSON data exports, and unrestricted auditing of live sites, staging, and localhost environments). We offer fixed-duration digital passes (Starter Pass for 1 Month, and Pro Pass for 1 Year) alongside our Free tier, without recurring subscriptions.

Current pricing tiers, pass durations, promotional discounts, and applicable currencies are published and maintained directly on our official website at https://seofixi.com/#pricing and confirmed at checkout prior to purchase completion.

No Recurring Subscriptions: All SEOFixi purchases are strictly one-time charges. We do not automatically renew your payment method, enroll you in hidden recurring subscriptions, or charge surprise fees. When your pass period concludes, your account gracefully reverts to the Free tier.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of SEOFixi. If you encounter technical failures or software incompatibility, you are entitled to request a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

How refunds are requested and processed:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@seofixi.com.
  2. Include your account email address and transaction reference identifier from your purchase receipt.
  3. Our team acknowledges requests within 24 hours. Refunds are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (Creem, Inc.) in accordance with their checkout terms. Once approved, Creem initiates credit to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Instant Digital Delivery & Offline Verification

All SEOFixi passes are delivered digitally and instantly. Upon successful transaction confirmation, your PRO entitlement is activated on your authenticated Google account and issued as a cryptographically signed digital license token. This enables your browser extension to verify Pro features offline without continuous server pings.

4. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Order processing, tax compliance, and payment transactions are managed by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (Creem, Inc. — creem.io). Creem securely handles payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards, collects applicable regional sales taxes and VAT, and issues official purchase receipts.

5. No Cancellation Required

Because SEOFixi does not operate recurring monthly subscriptions, you never need to remember to “cancel” a membership to avoid future charges. Your pass simply runs for its purchased duration with zero automatic rebilling.
