1. Agreement to Terms
By installing, accessing, or using SEOFixi (including our Chrome extension, desktop audit dashboard, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
2. License Grant & Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SEOFixi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension and audit suite for personal, commercial, or agency website analysis in accordance with your chosen access tier (Free or Pro Pass).
3. 100% Audit Data Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership and commercial freedom over all crawl data, SEO audit reports, issue lists, and exported CSV/JSON files that you generate using SEOFixi. SEOFixi claims no copyright, proprietary rights, or license over any data you audit or export.
4. Purchases, Billing & Merchant of Record
All payments, Pro pass purchases, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT calculations, and refund processing are handled exclusively by our authorized Merchant of Record, Creem (Creem, Inc. — creem.io). Checkout transactions are governed by our dedicated Terms of Purchase and Creem's checkout policies. SEOFixi does not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial payment credentials.
5. Responsible Crawling & Acceptable Use
You agree to use SEOFixi responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the software to:
- Conduct aggressive, malicious, or abusive denial-of-service crawling against third-party web servers without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or circumvent the software's cryptographic licensing and entitlement systems.
- Disrupt or overload our authentication, billing, or licensing APIs.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Consumer Rights
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While SEOFixi performs comprehensive checks across 80+ technical SEO criteria following search engine standards, we do not guarantee specific ranking improvements on third-party search engines (such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo), as rankings depend on external algorithms and broader competitive factors.
European Union Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory statutory consumer rights, legal warranties, or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. The software and services are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Alexsandr Lazarev (Tax Resident of Georgia), trading as SEOFixi.
8. Modifications to Terms
